The daily routine of twins can be a HANDFUL to be sure...but between all the mess, and laundry, and baby food, and naps, and silly songs and dances we sure manage to have alot of fun!
Super-adorable pics! The girls get cuter every day!
I love the one where they both have helmets on. I can't believe they don't try to yank them off. Jarrah had to wear a band-aid and she wouldn't keep THAT on.
Hi Amy - I'm Sam's friend from Boston (SueBDo) Your girls are BEAUTIFUL!! And they will have beautiful round little heads that those of us born in the 60's could only dream of -- my flat spots will keep me forever from being a Hare Krishna! Finding yourself ... god bless you for even having the mental energy for contemplation with all you've got going on ... but I will tell you that I found the Birkman Inventory to be oddly very insightful, along with the Kolbe Inventory. They really gave me a sense of my natural inclinations and behaviors (vs. interests/aptitudes). This gave me a realistic sense of environments I'd be happy in - like "a semblance of structure/accountabilty but freedom to improvise and control my work pace/content" Best book = Do What You Are by Paul Tieger and Barbara Barron-Tieger (based on Meyers Briggs personality types) and The Authentic Career by Maggie Graddock - Very introspective. Lastly, I did a 3 day course called "The Bigger Game" at BiggerGame.com that really helped me tune out all the noise, tune into my own values and set me on the course towards the magic carpet ride I'm on today :) Happy travels! Sue
Hi Amy. Thanks for all your sweet comments on my blog. I check yours often and can only imagine how freaking busy you must be with TWO of these little humans to contend with. Sorry I don't comment more but I'm reading! Again, thanks for your posts. aaryn
